Temeke food vendors trained on food safety, quality
Raw food vendors in Temeke district, Dar es Salaam region, have been equipped with an essential knowledge on food safety and quality, in a workshop organized and facilitated by the Tanzania Bureau of Standards (TBS).

The workshop took place on Monday, April 28, at the TBS headquarters in Dar es Salaam, being part of an initiative by TBS to ensure all stakeholders involved in the food chain are trained on food safety and quality. Ilala and Kinondoni districts food vendors have already been trained.
